About these terms
These terms govern your use of healthyxyou.com and any programme or service you purchase from Healthy X You. By using the site or enrolling in a programme, you agree to them.
What we provide
Healthy X You provides preventive healthcare guidance, weight-management programmes and lifestyle coaching, personalised to information you share with us.
Not a substitute for medical care
Our programmes are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical treatment, and using our site or services does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Nothing we provide should be treated as a diagnosis or as a substitute for advice from a qualified medical practitioner.
Always consult your doctor before starting any new diet, exercise or supplement regimen, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
The Health Grade is not a diagnosis
The Health Grade quiz is a self-assessment based only on the answers you give. It is a starting point for a conversation about your lifestyle — not a medical screening, a test result, or an assessment of any specific condition. Do not use it in place of seeing a doctor.
Results vary
Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, adherence and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, and any outcomes described by other clients are their experience, not a promise of yours.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase a programme. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you will tell us if your health circumstances change — incomplete information can make a programme unsuitable or unsafe.
Payments and refunds
Fees are agreed with you before a programme begins.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and bank details are handled by them and are never stored by us.
Your responsibilities

Intellectual property
All content on this site and within our programmes — text, plans, graphics and materials — belongs to Healthy X You and is provided for your personal use only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Healthy X You is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
