What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Healthy X You is a preventive healthcare and weight-management service based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through healthyxyou.com, the Health Grade quiz at quiz.healthyxyou.com, and our programmes — why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number.
- Health and lifestyle information you choose to share so we can build a plan for you — such as age, height, weight, dietary habits, activity levels, medical conditions and medications. This includes the answers you give in the Health Grade quiz.
- Programme information — your goals, progress, and communications with us.
- Technical and behavioural information collected automatically when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and the links and buttons you interact with.
Health information deserves special care
Some of what you share is sensitive personal data. We collect it only when you volunteer it for the purpose of designing or adjusting your programme. We do not sell it, we do not use it to target advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
How we use your information

- To take payment for services you purchase
- To understand how the website and quiz are used, so we can improve them
- To measure how well our advertising is working, in aggregate
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
Consent and your choices
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us, sign up, or share information with us — consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the address below. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer deliver a programme to you.
Talking to us on WhatsApp
Most enquiries and day-to-day programme conversations happen over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. When you message us there, the content of that conversation — including any health information you choose to send — is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us instead and we will work with you that way.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and two analytics tools:
- Plausible — cookieless, aggregate traffic analytics. It records visits, traffic sources, approximate location and popular pages. It does not set cookies and does not identify you.
- PostHog — product analytics. It records the pages you visit and the links and buttons you click, including their text, along with heatmap data on where people click. It stores an identifier in your browser (in a cookie and in local storage) so that repeat visits can be recognised as the same visitor. The marketing site and the Health Grade quiz share one PostHog project, so activity across both can be seen as a single journey.
Advertising
We advertise our services on Google Ads and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Both platforms give us a measurement tag, and both tags run on this site and on the Health Grade quiz so that we can tell which adverts lead to real enquiries instead of guessing. These tags set cookies in your browser.
You should know what they can see. They receive the web address of each page you open here. Some of our articles have addresses that name a health topic, so opening one tells that platform a visitor read about that topic. They are also told that someone started or finished the Health Grade quiz.
They never receive the answers you give in the quiz, your Health Grade, your BMI, or anything you tell us about your health, your medication or your conditions. That stays with us. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.
You can limit this. Google's advert settings (myadcenter.google.com) and Meta's advert preferences both let you turn off personalised advertising, and blocking or clearing cookies in your browser stops these tags recognising you on a return visit.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these situations:
- With service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email delivery, messaging, Razorpay for payments and the analytics and advertising tools named above — and only to the extent needed to do that work
- With health professionals directly involved in your programme, with your knowledge
- Where we are required to by law, court order, or a lawful government request
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can maintain continuity of care and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your personal data, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw your consent to our processing
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
